Podcast 2: Halloween
October 30, 2009
Craig and I discuss British literature, bearded men, daytime TV, cattle, classic Disney films and a whole lot more in this, shockingly non-Halloween, Halloween episode.
Sound should be a lot better in this episode, thanks to your feedback.

I’m still not happy with how I sound to be honest… I think I sounded better in the Wednesday night recording than I do in this one but I’m not sure what changes you made between recordings…
better than the first one. but craig stil sounds like a twat lol
Does that mean you want to fuck me? :O The humanity!!
Good show, gents.
The sound was better this time.
He…
he was joking about Ghostbusters,right?
Sadly, no.
He doesn’t like Bill Murray either 😦
I like him in Zombieland… hehehe….
I said no spoilers!
Another great podcast. I like that you use different intro music with each podcast. Craig sounded much clearer this time, no problems hearing him at all. I liked the singing – maybe for the Xmas podcast you can incorporate some Scottish Xmas carols! The cattle part for me was the most amusing – affectionately milking cows and when to know when cows object to the milking (Craig’s harassed cow impersonation was funny). All topics that you covered: Tolkien being a racist, Regis Philbin, Tom Bombadil, Disney classics, to Rocky antics in the slaughterhouse were great! I agree, Twilight was incredibly lame. It was like watching a really bad high school drama production (is there any other kind).
Nice work!
Thank you. Yeah, if i’m not recording or editing, i’m usually trying to make music for the intro or just for the hell of it.
I can’t think of any Scottish Christmas carols, we mainly just sang the traditional Christian songs (i think). I do remember thinking one song was called “A Wean In A Manger” rather than “Away In A Manger” (Wean being Doric for child).
